How to find a smart person

In work some people are very hardworking but the problem is that they work without a direction or aim and then there are some who does smart work but wish to be in their comfort zone. Then there is a third category who are smart and are hard working hard to achieve big. The following are the 3 qualities which i think they possess.

Attitude — They don’t mind arguing with their boss. They wont be a silent spectator in any meeting. They raise their voice. People without attitude are like deadbodies/machine without brain i would say.

Effort — There are so many people who work only during office hours 9–5. You can’t find them from 8:59 or 5:01. Effort is that extra work that you put in. In the end this extra work can create a big impact.

Progress — Smart people are very dynamic and always look for opportunities to learn. They hate being in their comfort zone.
