Some yearly monthly and daily goals I follow
While setting a goal you can mainly target in 4 areas :
- Health
- Finance
- Career
- Relationships
Always try to keep an annual goal for each section and split it to monthly goals. And daily try to achieve one among that.
Monthly goals
Health goals :
No outside food for 30days
No snacks for 30 days
No sugar for 30 days include no coffee.
No alcohol for 30 days
Daily Brush at night for 30 days
30 day yoga
Financial goals :
No online purchase for 30days
Career goals :
Take social media break for 30days
Write thankful note/gratitude letter/diary for 30 days
No complaining 30days
No youtube for 30days
Finish one book
Relationship goals :
Call an old friend of yours in a month
Daily Goals
No Multi tasking
No Youtube for a day
No Insta for a day
